Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you buy. If it’s not quite right, returning or exchanging is easy.

1. Returns

  • UK law gives you 14 days from delivery to return items.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn & unwashed
    • With all original tags attached
    • Free from marks, makeup, or perfume
  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery. You have another 14 days to return the item after notification.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or colour (subject to stock).
  • If your requested item is unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • We refund:
    • Item price
    • Standard delivery cost (if paid)
  • Refunds may be reduced if items are returned in non-original condition.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers usually pay return shipping.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as lost returns are not our responsibility.
  • We cover return shipping if the item is:
    • Faulty
    • Damaged
    • Incorrect

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Report faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You can choose:
    • Replacement (if in stock)
    • Full refund

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn items
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom-made or altered pieces
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

7. How to Return

  1. Contact us at contact@coblm.co.uk with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
  2. Ship the items to the return address provided with your order.
  3. Use a tracked shipping service
