1. Returns
- UK law gives you 14 days from delivery to return items.
- Items must be:
- Unworn & unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- Free from marks, makeup, or perfume
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery. You have another 14 days to return the item after notification.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or colour (subject to stock).
- If your requested item is unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- We refund:
- Item price
- Standard delivery cost (if paid)
- Refunds may be reduced if items are returned in non-original condition.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers usually pay return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as lost returns are not our responsibility.
- We cover return shipping if the item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- Report faulty, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
- You can choose:
- Replacement (if in stock)
- Full refund
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Worn items
- Items without original tags
- Custom-made or altered pieces
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Ship the items to the return address provided with your order.
- Use a tracked shipping service
