How do I choose the right size?

How do I care for my garment?

Most of our pieces love gentle care. We recommend hand washing in cold water or using a delicate machine cycle in a laundry bag. Line dry away from direct sunlight and iron on low.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location. You can find all details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Can I return or exchange a Product?

Absolutely. We want you to love your Coco Bloom piece. You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Visit our Return & Exchange Policy for the full process.

Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

At the moment, our debut capsule is sold as ready-to-wear. However, we’re happy to discuss custom requests for future collections. Send us a message through the Contact page and we’ll explore what’s possible.

When will you release other clothing items?

Our atelier is already working on women’s dresses, tops, pants, and skirts, as well as kids’ lines.
